CSCA Global is not an official government agency, nor is it directly affiliated with the China Scholarship Council (CSC), the Ministry of Education of the PRC, or individual university administrations, except where explicitly noted as an authorized institutional data partner.

While we continuously audit and verify admissions cutoffs, GPA thresholds, and CSCA syllabus guidelines against official ISO notices, admission criteria remain subject to unilateral modification by individual university faculties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All aggregated databases, algorithmic ranking tools, proprietary survival kits, editorial guides, and interactive calculators on cscaglobal.com are the intellectual property of CSCA Global. Unauthorized commercial scraping, re-syndication, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

• Submit false or misleading admission feedback or fabricated scholarship records.

In no event shall CSCA Global, its contributors, or researchers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from admission application outcomes, visa delays, or scholarship selection results made by host universities or scholarship committees.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of our university directory at any time to preserve data accuracy and platform performance.
